How to register and list your property

Follow each stage to create your account, activate the free period, and submit your property for approval.

Stage one

Register your account

Go to the Stay Safe SA website.
Click on Register.
Choose Owner for private owners, or Estate Agency & Property Management if you manage properties.
Create a username and password for the account.
Private owners complete the owner section. Estate agencies and property management groups enter only the group name and agent or manager’s name, surname, cell number, and email address.
Property owner, manager, rental agent, and property-specific information are added later inside each individual listing.
Choose your package according to the specifications.
Click Create account.

Affiliated links and calendars

Choose only one affiliated link for your profile and only one affiliated iCal calendar link. These are optional. An affiliated calendar will sync unavailable dates with the Stay Safe calendar to help avoid double bookings. Alternatively, you can block dates manually on the Stay Safe website calendar.

Stage two

Activate your two months free

Do not click “Start your monthly subscription” yet. Doing so will cause you to lose your two-month free period.

Enter promo code staysafe2months in the promo-code field at the bottom of the payment page.
Click Apply promo code.
Your account is now created and you will receive a unique account ID.
Only click Start your monthly subscription once your two-month free period has ended.

Stage three

Add and submit your listing

Do not stop after creating your account. You still need to add your property listing.

Click Add listing.
Complete all applicable fields with your property information on every page.
Add 10 to 15 photos.
Choose the preferred person for communication: the owner, manager/host, or rental agent.
When all information and photos are complete, accept the terms and conditions and submit the listing for approval.
Use Draft mode while you are still adding information. You can edit and save the listing as often as needed.
Only click Submit for approval once the listing is complete.
Stay Safe SA will receive a notification that your listing is awaiting approval.
