To maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all:
Pool safety: Our pool is not fenced. Please adhere to the displayed rules-no diving or jumping is allowed.
No Swimming or Fishing: The dam on the property is off-limits for these activities.
Guests are kindly requested to be mindful of noise levels while using the swimming pool area, ensuring that it remains a peaceful and enjoyable space for all guests to relax and use the facilities.
Children using the swimming pool area must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. The owners or management of Hopefield Guest House will not be held responsible for any accidents or incidents that may occur in the swimming pool area.
No Outside Alcohol: Bringing your own alcohol onto the premises is not allowed.
No Day Visitors: For the privacy and security of our guests, day visitors are not permitted.
Rates & Admission: Prices may change at any time. The right of admission is reserved.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the bedrooms, bathrooms, breakfast area, and all public areas. A designated smoking area is available at the patio area and guests who wish to smoke may do so on the patios of their bedrooms. In line with South Africa’s Smoking Act, any guest found smoking in a bedroom will be held responsible for the cleaning costs incurred as per the regulations.
Bathroom towels provided in the bedroom are for bathroom use only and may not be used at the swimming pool. Swimming pool towels will be provided for guest’s convenience, please ask reception.

21 Days prior to arrival – 50% refundable
30 Days prior to arrival – No cancellation fee
