- Cleaning Fee of R500 per booking.
- No smoking inside the apartment.
- Villa Delfini U3 is accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
- Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
- Guests please need to be considerate of other guests and tenants in the complex.
- Clothing, towels, wetsuits, etc. are not to be hung on rails or walls of the balconies or any part of the common property, please use the clothes horses and washing lines.
- No ball games, use of skateboards, or riding cycles are allowed on the property.
- Shaded parking is available for 1 vehicle, and additional cars need to be parked outside. Trailer parking is available in allocated areas.
- Loud music, excessive noise, parties, and disturbances are not allowed.
- Silence is to be maintained between 22:00 and 07:00.
- Due to water restrictions, please do not splash water outside the swimming pool.
- Ensure the swimming pool gate is closed properly and children under the age of 12 should have adult supervision at all times.
