House rules

A cleaning and sanitizing fee of R250 is payable additional to booking when dogs are booked for the stay.
NO smoking inside the house.
Noise timeout is 21:30 during the week and 23:00 on weekends.
The braai area must be vacated by 23:00. No singing or gatherings may be allowed in the unit, parking areas or leisure areas.

Only small dogs are permitted at Salie Guesthouse Jeffreys Bay.
2. Dogs MUST BE potty trained.
3. No scratching and damages to furniture will be overseen and the guest will be liable to
pay for any damages or replacement cost.
4. The guest is responsible for picking up all “poo” on the grass or pavement before leaving the premises.
A fee of R150.00 will be charged if not done.
5. No dogs on any furniture allowed. Please make sure you bring the necessary baskets and blankets for your animal.
6. No bedding of the Guesthouse is allowed to be used for the dogs; a replacement fee will be applicable if any bedding is damaged. This fee will be at the current cost of new bedding at that specific time.
7. Please do NOT leave your dog unattended inside the house. If you leave the premises, please leave your dog outside in the safe environment allocated to the dogs.
8. Please do NOT leave any doors or windows open for the dogs when leaving the premises at any given time. It is the guest's responsibility to lock up the guesthouse properly and to activate the alarm system.
9. Excessive barking or disruptive behaviour won’t be tolerated.
10. An additional fee for cleaning and hygiene will be allocated to your stay at the amount of R250.00.
11. Prior arrangement must be made with the establishment if pets will be hosted at the guesthouse.
12. NO more than two dogs will be allowed at the guesthouse.

Cancellation policy

More than 1month - 50% refundable.
2-4 weeks - 25% refundable.
Less than 2 weeks - 0% refundable.
